In our business we regularly have to send a loaner unit to a customer. How do I track loaners and which customer has a certain loaner unit?
Is there a specific module that allows easy tracking of loaners?

without making any customization or using 3rd party modules, you can use serial numbers and use their traceabilty feature.
an outgoing warehouse move for a product with a specific serial number to a specific customer would mean that this customer is using that specific loaner.
