I created an MO but I have not confirm it yet because I was unsure of how Odoo works. How do I get the finished goods into stock? and where and how do i define the location?

Press "Mark As Done". Odoo will post consumption of components from stock and what you have produced to stock.
I can recommend the free Odoo training videos: https://www.odoo.com/slides/all
They will show you all basic functions.
