Here you go!

1. Active developer mode first

   You can activate developer mode from user>>About, your current logged in user which appears on top right corner of screen. Once you will activate it there will be several menus appears under setting menu.

2. Got Translation>>Languages 

    Open your current language loaded where you wanted to apply your separator effect, once you will open the record you will see one field, separator format [3,0] you can update your thousand separator here that will effect in your printed report.
