I posted a detailed answer here but the short answer is you edit it from the odoo.com backend where you can edit your profile picture and add an email signature if you wish.

How to go to preferences, from backend? can you please show exact location?
Or one can just redirect to the https://www.odoo.com/profile/edit URL after you login, which will help to upload your Profile Picture, along with editing other profile details and making the profile public from there...
