Only the admin user is currently able to see all transactions and records. How do I give this permission to a select few other users? I have already gone into the User Settings and matched access rights with the admin user, but when I log in as the other user, I still don't have visibility to all records.

I should probably say that the records in question were actually created by the admin user. When I try to log in with one of the other users, I can't see any of the customers/suppliers, or transaction records created.
