how do I give admin permissions and visibility to other user accounts?

Question

Only the admin user is currently able to see all transactions and records. How do I give this permission to a select few other users? I have already gone into the User Settings and matched access rights with the admin user, but when I log in as the other user, I still don't have visibility to all records.
I should probably say that the records in question were actually created by the admin user. When I try to log in with one of the other users, I can't see any of the customers/suppliers, or tran

Fixed. I found another related post that gave me the clues I needed to resolve it. In the Access Rights tab, I had Portal and Anonymous both selected. I needed to unselect them and then I was able to see all the records that were previously hidden.
