This whole forum is broken as hell.

Links does not work.
Images does not work.
Code formatting is very poor.
Whole text editor is broken. Sometimes you can't even copy and pase text inside. It would be better just to have plain notepad than this "thing".
Forum constantly changes display language. 

I have no idea how company that provides web tools for businesses for so much money can not even provide propper forum. Just go to stackoverflow.

You can add links to forum like this, first click this button in shown in this Link: Click this button

and from the pop up you can set the link and label as shown in this image: See this

Right now there is issue in adding images to forum, so added the images in external sites and shared the link.

UPDATE:

As odoo has upgraded the odoo instance right now we have new editor available. For adding the link now, double click in the editor, so you can see the editor options, from that choose the option to insert the link.
