Is there anyway to test out a FREE APP before bringing it into Odoo SH... I only see my "Live production" database and would like to test in in Staging-prod first

Hi,
Once we click on Deploy on Odoo.SH button in the odoo apps store, it shows like this " You are about to create a new branch based on your production branch (or the default branch of your repository) adding this app." .
The process will create a new branch based on production/default branch and then the app will be added to it.
