Good morning everyone, I am having issues with the date of the cash closing reports; they are ahead of the transaction date.
I am attaching examples and a detailed explanation.
I am sending documentation of all reported cases as agreed, regarding the incidents related to the cash closing print format, 3 cases are attached.
Date 02/01/25: The closing status field in the format shows as 1 day after the closing date, no similar case is evident in the other cash closings of the day, this same behavior has been detected in the closings.
- Upon reviewing the details, there is 1 payment (Box 2/15966) dated 03/01/2025
- The system is checked; this payment is dated 02/01/2025, which is correct.
- The system is checked; this payment is dated 02/01/2025, which is correct.
- The delivery note for this movement contains the correct date
- The ticket was generated with the correct date.
