Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
I downloaded basic_hms app from the odoo store.
I unzipped the file and extracted to my custom add-ons path, restarted my odoo12, updated app list and downloaded the Hospital Management module.
However, the HMS module lacks several functionalities with the models.
For example , i cant create patient or an appointment despite being able to do that and much more.
Please can someone assist me?
Hi,
First of all as you are using a third party app, make sure that the installation and configuration done properly ? May be there will be some user groups or different places to create the patient and appointment ? Have a look at the module documentation and see, whether it is shown there, if yes, you can trace the location.
For further assistance on the same, either you can directly contact the module author or your in house developer.
