Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
I have set up email using IMAP.
I can receive incoming messages, by I don't receive attachments.
I have checked "keep attachments"
After looking a little deeper, I can see the attachments are being downloaded database structure > attachments
However they do not show up in the users inbox. The message text is there, but no link for the attachment.
FYI: I am using v8 trunk and the latest tip from addons/mail
Try the Advanced tab on the Email Server record:
