I was inactive some access rights belongs the user. Now I need to activate those access rights. When I tried to filter by Active = False, it listing empty list.

Hello Nalin Jayakody,
You can go in Settings > Technical > Access Rights. get all access rights records.
apply "Archived" filter get all inactive access rights.
select which one you want to activate.
after select click on action 'Unarchive' so selected access rights activated.
