Hi, I recently got subscribed to odoo and when trying to synchronize my bank account several times, now I'm getting the error message "

Server Error

You have already used these credentials to connect this provider."

The support team told me that I had to eliminate this connection and get connected again but before this, I'd have to make an online synchronization. Now, this is the best part, when I open the Configuration menu in the Accounting module, there's no Online synchronization option. What do I have to do? since a ticket was generated and I haven't got any solution yet after 24 hours? Thanks.
