Hello,

The following fields are required to be able to validly submit an XRechnung via the account_edi_ubl_cii module in odoo16:

cac:Delivery//cbc:ActualDeliveryDate

cac:InvoicePeriod//cbc:StartDate

cac:InvoicePeriod//cbc:EndDate

Where can these be set via odoo? Is there any way to specify these for an invoice there and not add them manually to the XML document?

Is there anything new here? It is still mandatory that these fields can be filled in odoo in XRechnungen.

Same issue here. The invoice start and end dates (periods) are only shown in the xml file when we use the format "Xrechnung". However, it does not work with the format "Factur-X". Cheers, Dennis

Same issue with the XML embedded in the faktur-x PDF file. No Delivery Date and no Start/Enddate either. This is absolutely basic. Neither in Odoo 16 nor in 17.

Update:
Our consultant discussed that with Odoo. They said the issue is solved in 17 and 18 - but it is not. They wanted to know the legal reason (Germany) for the request and we gave it to them. They are still discussing it, if and when they will solve that issue.

We are currently discussing with our consultant if they will build that feature for us (V16).

Update 19.01.2025:
It has been built for us:

<cac:InvoicePeriod>

<cbc:StartDate>2024-12-01</cbc:StartDate>

<cbc:EndDate>2024-12-31</cbc:EndDate>

</cac:InvoicePeriod>

<cac:Delivery>

<cbc:ActualDeliveryDate>2024-12-01</cbc:ActualDeliveryDate>

<cac:DeliveryLocation>

<cac:Address>

<</cac:DeliveryLocation>

</cac:Delivery>

In Odoo 18 it works automatically - but only for the XRechnung. The factur-x.xml file contains the incoivice date as " ActualDeliverySupplyChainEvent" and Odoo support says that this is correct.... :-(
