WMH Project est une agence événementielle qui conçoit et organise des expériences de marque pour ses clients. Le challenge était d'assurer un suivi financier rigoureux des projets (budgets et marges) répartis entre plusieurs business units, tout en fiabilisant le processus de gestion des factures.
Nous avons opté pour la mise en place de champs obligatoires sur les projets afin de garantir un suivi budgétaire fiable, l'automatisation de l'attribution des business units via des étiquettes générées à partir du nom du projet. Côté comptabilité, nous avons enrichi les vues de factures fournisseurs et clients avec des colonnes de suivi (distribution analytique, date de fin de projet, statut de vérification) et créé plusieurs actions dédiées.
Pour résoudre le problème, nous avons choisi de nous appuyer sur l’utilisation de Odoo Studio avec des modifications apportées au module Projet (champs obligatoires, automatisations d'étiquetage, restriction de création, gestion du statut des devis) et au module Comptabilité (colonnes et actions personnalisées sur les factures). Nous avons également amélioré le module Contact afin d'assurer un meilleur suivi comptable et de faciliter la gestion des factures. Услуги и консалтинг
