Občianske združenie, ktoré pomáha občanom pri riešení krízových situácií a zaoberá sa požiadavkami občanov, aktuálne smeruje požiadavky z webu priamo do aplikácie helpdesk. Týmto sme zjednodušili procesy priraďovania požiadaviek jednotlivým zamestnancom, zlepšili priradenie zamestnancov a komunikáciu s klientom s absolútnym prehľadom o stave riešenia a ďalších krokov zo strany zákazníka.
