Thanks to the inter-linked Odoo Calendar, project planning and management are smooth as planners are able to view the schedules of all make-up artists, hairdressers, photographers, and coordinators on one screen. Planners can easily group the staff into different project teams to deliver the services while effortlessly avoiding over- or double-booking.

On the other hand, each employee also gets a clear overview of their schedule. Odoo Calendar is as user-friendly as Google Calendar.
