The "Add Custom Group" dropdown keeps flickering, making it impossible to select any option.
Expected behavior:
The dropdown should remain open and allow the user to choose an option.

At least I can't seem to reproduce your issue, neither in Odoo 18.0 nor on Odoo 18.3 in runbot in neither, Mozilla Firefox nor Google Chrome.
