We sell support packages with a fixed number of hours (e.g. 20 hours). When a project is created for such a package, it gets assigned this total number of hours.
Within that project, we have different types of tasks:
Some tasks should deduct hours from the total package (e.g. actual support work).
Other tasks should not deduct hours (e.g. internal or administrative work).
How can we configure Odoo so that only the timesheets from selected tasks reduce the total number of available support hours for the project?
