No, version 6.1 is not supported anymore as it was not considered a long term support (LTS) version. We stoped working on it and applying bugfixes one year ago.
Does that mean you still support OpenERP 5.0?
For some customers yes, but only a very few (it depends on the Odoo Enterprise contract). I am not even sure there are still 5.0 customers in production, they may have all upgraded.

Odoo supports the current release and the previous two LTS releases. As of today, Odoo v8 (current) v7 and v6.0 are the supported versions.
Version 6.1 is not considered a LTS (Long Term Stable) release. Only x.0 versions can be LTS.
