I have a simple field created called customer rank for all our customers.
I'm using studio to create a menu which shows a view of only the "Very high" ranked customers with particular fields.
When I apply a filter rule to the page to search for just those contacts with the "customer rank" of "very high", it returns 0 records, even though I know that there are many such records.
Could anyone please help me figure out how to fix this?

And yes I know there's another field called customer rank which I didn't know about when I made this field :/ Could that be the source of the issues?
