Purchased Community Application does not Install. No response from Vendor. How do i escalate?

Hello Experts,
I purchased the *Manage Sale Promotions in Odoo App by Emipro Technologies Pvt. Ltd *from the App community. I tried installing the App on Odoo 10 community edition but it ends with a "MODEL NOT FOUND ERROR". All efforts to contact Emipro Technologies Pvt. Ltd has proved abortive as they are not responding to my mails.  Is there a way of escalating issues like this? so that i can get value from my purchase?.  This is the link to the App.

Hi,
The author of the module is responsible for resolving this issue, if it is due to a misconfiguration or any kind of issues. See the vendor guide lines published by odoo recently :  https://docs.google.com/document/d/1sCNo5gO6q3KmiBtEmAIOiPqbcNpEzf_hC5XF0YKvK_k/edit# [1]

So if the company is not responding in mail, try to get them over phone call and also patiently wait for two-three working days.

If the communication is still not possible means, have a mail to apps@odoo.com

Apparently i needed to raise a support ticket with the vendor. I got a quick response and resolution as soon i as a gave them the details they requested. Thanks Emipro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Sorry for the miss-up
