I'm using Odoo V8 and I've seen the crm_helpdesk Odoo module to handle the customer's tickets but it does not have a web view where customers can create their tickets. Does anyone know if there is a module that extends the functionality and adds a web view of the module crm_helpdesk?
I have also seen the Website Help Desk / Support Ticket module of SythilBlade that offers a web view but I prefer the tickets created by crm_helpdesk, which offer more information.

It would be very nice if you could use more descriptive link labels or else not use any label.
Hi Ermin, Why should i make it descriptive ? The link is to the Odoo apps, opening the link he will get the idea by looking the index file of the module. And the app is the one he is looking for
