Greetings, I manage an Odoo instance for a firm that heavily uses Slack. They want to integrate it to their CRM. Does anyone have any experience using them? If so, how did it go? Is this sort of integration recommended at all?

This is the first Odoo app that I am considering buying, so I would appreciate a couple of comments on how to evaluate an app for purchase.

If it is just the CRM, you may want to consider Zapier or Integromat.

You can even build a proof-of-concept on these platforms and check if this is what you want.
