I manage an Odoo instance for a firm that heavily uses Slack. They want to integrate it to their CRM.

So far, I have found two Slack integrations for Odoo that seem legit, they synchronize Slack and Odoo's chat app:

1. Slack\\\ Odoo\\\ Connector\\\ by\\ Techloyce\\ \\\(\\\$394\\\.30\\\)

2. Odoo Slack Integration by Pragmatic TechSoft Pvt Ltd. ($248.39)

Does anyone have any experience using them? If so, how did it go? Is this sort of integration recommended at all?

This is the first Odoo app that I am considering buying, so I would appreciate a couple of comments on how to evaluate an app for purchase.
