Hello,

It's possible to add a assigment automatic based on the email creator of the ticket. The scenario is so assign all the tickets from a customer to a user/team

What is this module? What is the version of Odoo. I'm testing to implement Odoo SaaS in the Odoo hosted by Odoo.

Yes this is in SaaS platform. Navigate to Settings > Technical > Automated Actions menu.
If this menu isn’t visible then turn on developer mode (setting > general settings link right to the bottom of the pag)

Developer was not acivated, thanks but maybe I'm losing something? Because automations I can't see
The Automated actions Menu under Technical :(

You would have to install the module 'Automation Rules' from Apps
