Industry: Services - ManufacturingWe successfully implemented Odoo ERP for Alserkal Group, one of the UAE’s most prominent and long-established family business conglomerates, founded in 1947. The group operates across environmental services, recycling, renewable energy, real estate, general trading, and industrial operations, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.
The implementation covered 16 group companies, bringing together diverse business units—including Blue LLC, Envirol, and Blue Biofuels—under a unified and integrated ERP platform.
Through this project, we streamlined financial management, procurement, inventory, sales, and operations processes, enabling better control, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This transformation supports Alserkal Group’s vision of sustainable growth and operational excellence, reinforcing its leadership position in the UAE’s business landscape.
