Octogony est une société spécialisée dans la création, production et la vente des designs minimalistes et pointus utilisant la forme octogonale.
Le challenge était de mettre en place un outil de ticketing pour la gestion des retours et réparations, la gestion des leads et des ventes B2C via Shopify.
Mise en place du système ERP Odoo avec les outils nécessaires à la gestion du service client ainsi qu'à la gestion des réparations et des ventes de sacs. Enfin, nous avons relié l'e-shop de la marque à leur plateforme Odoo afin de suivre leurs ventes B2C jusqu'à la comptabilité.
Nous avons permis à Octogony un gain de temps en évitant un double encodage entre plusieurs systèmes informatiques.
