Key Features and Results
Digitization and Archiving of Processes: The plan prepared by the technologist is now digitally recorded and fully archived in the Odoo system. This allows for easy access and the complete or partial reuse of the technology.
Real-time Tracking and Time Analysis: Workers on the production line can access all instructions via a tablet. At the same time, they can log the time spent on individual operations. This data serves as a basis for detailed post-analysis and comparison with predicted manufacturing times.
Rapid Feedback and Improvements: Workers can provide direct feedback on the technological process within the system. This feedback is immediately visible to the technologist, who can use it when preparing new processes.
