Phileas80 – Internationale HR- en payroll-specialist kiest voor één geïntegreerd Odoo-platformPhileas80 ondersteunt internationale organisaties bij cross-border payroll- en HR-processen. Met een team van circa twaalf professionals, aangevuld met consultants in o.a. Portugal en de Filipijnen, werkte het bedrijf jarenlang met een versnipperd IT-landschap. Voor CRM, projecten, uren, HR, contractondertekening, financiële administratie en rapportages werden zes verschillende systemen gebruikt. Dit leidde tot dubbele invoer, foutgevoeligheid en gebrek aan realtime inzicht in projectmarges en klantresultaten.
Uitdaging
De belangrijkste wens van Phileas80 was om alle kernprocessen te verenigen in één platform. Uren werden bijvoorbeeld in Bitrix24 geregistreerd maar handmatig overgezet naar Exact Online voor facturatie, wat vertragingen en discussies met klanten veroorzaakte. Ook declaraties en kosten liepen via meerdere tools en werden niet altijd consistent aan projecten gekoppeld. Daarnaast was er een sterke behoefte aan betrouwbare dashboards, financiële rapportages en een professionele workflow voor offertes en contracten.
De keuze voor Odoo
Na een uitgebreide evaluatie koos Phileas80 voor Odoo om de belangrijkste systemen te vervangen:
Exact Online, Bitrix24, SignNow en Speedbooks.
