I want to share a part of my Knowledge module at my Odoo Website to publish documentation of products from the webshop. Is there a way to create multilingual content in the Knowledge module for that? Or is there an other recommended way to do provide multilingual documentation of webshop items at my own Odoo Webstie?

No, Knowledge currently has no multi language capabilities (in the way that one link could serve a specific languages based on the user's selection).

It has a dedicated extension to make a knowledge article multilingual; to switch between languages conveniently.
