I errreure this: Database not ready
Currently, this database is not fully loaded and can not be used.
Anyone know how to solve it?

It means the database is probably still loading. Maybe you restarted the server but did not allowing it to load completely before you tried to use the database. secondly, if you make an edit that is not legal the database might be hanging somewhere and thus not fully loaded. But this is usually due to server not loaded or still loading.

this is normal after restart OPENERP server. wath 1 min to refresh .
wen is still same error have a luck in log file for error.
I tried several times .. but no .. I reinstall my backup server and now it works ..
