Database not ready Currently

I need help.

I errreure this:
Database not ready

Currently, this database is not fully loaded and can not be used.

Anyone know how to solve it?

It means the database is probably still loading. Maybe you restarted the server but did not allowing it to load completely before you tried to use the database. secondly, if you make an edit that is not legal the database might be hanging somewhere and thus not fully loaded. But this is usually due to server not loaded or still loading.
