Why Did We Create This Course?
Any company with employees needs effective HR management. This course explores the different applications available in the Odoo HR suite and how they integrate with each other. Our goal is to equip you to handle a full implementation of Odoo as an HR solution.
What Do I Need to Know to Implement HR on Odoo?
HR implementation varies based on the specific workflows and requirements of each company. We will discuss essential information you need to gather about your customer, their company, and their localization to implement an HR solution effectively.
What Will I Learn?
This course covers the main modules in Odoo’s HR suite and their implementation and integrations. The following apps are included:
- Employees
- Attendance
- Recruitment
- Referrals
- Time Off
While we will discuss the payroll application at a high level, this course does not delve into creating payroll rules or a full custom payroll implementation. For more detailed payroll implementation, check out our Payroll Smartclass.
