Hi Mubaris,
The best start is by taking the official tutorial from Odoo on how to create modules. Have a look at https://www.odoo.com/documentation/11.0/howtos/backend.html it should give you the basic insights into Odoo. From there on the best way to learn is to code. Find examples in the official code, look how it works and try to make it on your own.
