We are updating Odoo versions, from 16 to 17, and as we understand, one can update the version from the Update section of the Odoo.sh instance; However, version 17 does not appear enabled, and it is supposed to be available for download since it came out 3 months ago. I would like to know if there is any reason why the option to update does not appear.
In addition, we want to corroborate good practice to be able to carry out the update. To do this, you need a copy of the production branch instance as a development branch. From there the required adjustments and modifications to the instance would be made, then send those updates to a test branch, perform tests and adjustments, and after everything is correct, it would be to update the production branch.
