You can to use sale_management module for selling an item from inventory.If you validate the delivery then the quantity will change in the inventory.You can use odoo slides for tutorial

Normal flow is to create a Quotation, confirm it (so it becomes a Sales Order), then process the delivery.  If it's a stockable / storable item, inventory will be deducted.

Creating a sales invoice bypasses that flow.

Thanks to all for reply. Is it possible to create invoice in immediate transfer window? Immediate transfer is deducting the quantity.
