Also if you don't wanna see the decimals you could set the widget integer to the fields using the developer mode

For mi work this way, but I´m working on Odoo 8:

1. Technical Settings -> Database Structure -> Decimal Accuracy
2. Edit the "Product Unit of Measure"
3. Change "Digits" to your desired number
4. Save
5. Refresh the page for changes take effect
