I got through the Odoo 17 Functional Examination in few months ago and certificate was appearing under certification in my odoo account . But when i see now it was not there. Can any one suggest what should i do for this?

1. Check Your Odoo Account - It is the correct account in which I logged in for the online exam.
2. Contact Odoo Support - That feels me also a better action
3. Check Your Email- Email has already been received to me and certificate has been downloaded
4. Certification Dashboard - I couldn't find any such a dash board to view and check the status of my certification

3. Check Your Email

Log into Odoo's certification platform and check the Certification Dashboard directly, as they might have a specific portal for certifications where it can be re-accessed.
5. Re-Verify the Status
Odoo might have made updates or changes to how certifications are displayed. Check if any filters or account updates could be causing the certificate to be hidden.
