On Odoo SH - Recruitment App, where email server is set and emails are being sent out and received succesfully.
The goal is that when Users are set as Interviewers on an Applicant, and the Applicant is moved to a Specific Stage (e.g: Manager Review) the User receives an Email, stating that an applicant is now ready to be reviewed.
These interviewers have no access to the recruitment app but have as access the "Recruitment Interviewer" enabled.
We have a Stage in the Job Position Kanban view with a set Email Template.
In "Email Configuration" of set Email Template within "To (Emails)" we have configured it such that the email template is sent to the "Interviewer" set on the Applicant.
However, when the Applicant is moved into this stage, only the Email to the "Interviewer" is not sent. If the checkbox in the access rights of the user ""Recruitment Interviewer" is removed, then the email is sent, however, not having access to the recruitment app, they cannot see the applicant.
Apparently Odoo has a specific "lock" whereby when a User has "Recruitment Interviewer" checked, Odoo specifically blocks emails being sent out to the Interviewer from the Recruitment App.
Question:
How can I inform the Interviewer via email when the applicant is in moved to a specific stage that a new applicant is waiting on them?
