Currently, I have an issue regarding a client receiving follow-up reports even though their invoices have been paid already (bank reconciliation was done).

And the email which contains the follow-up report being sent to the client is not recorded in the emails or messages in Odoo.

Kindly help.

Hi,

You can check the emails sent from Settings > Technical > Emails.

Hello,
I have read the following post but to clarify further, I would like to see if there is an audit trail to view "resent" emails or emails been sent but cannot be viewed in Emails

Also, the email sent contained the follow-up reports to the client which includes the invoices that are paid already

Hope this helps to further elaborate my issue
