Hi There,

I started moving my business from another CRM to Odoo. I love the full suite of features and the customization with Studio and custom code! 

My previous CRM made it easy to have text conversations with customers straight from the app. I see VoiP and email options, but nothing for texting.

Has noone solved this issue? Every salesperson in 2024 wants to be texting their clients.

I found this third-party app "Twilio Odoo SMS".

The interface looks awkward, it would have a different phone number than my VoiP, and it's only version 17.

I would love some help with this!!!! It's making me reconsider Odoo has a whole.
