Hi there,


Has anyone successfully launched an email marketing campaign, and had the replies tracked correctly?


I have been unable to get replies to track at all despite multiple efforts, and would love to know if this is a current blank feature or what.

I have the same problem, my email catchall is configured on my mail server redirecting to odoo catchall, it works correctly in CRM conversations but not for mail marketing and marketing automation, I have tried many tutorials and it still doesn't work

Hi, you can track your replies by using one of the email aliases in the reply to settings. 

  1. Create an email alias for example for a sales team [https://www.odoo.com/documentation/14.0/applications/sales/crm/acquire_leads/generate_from_email.html ]  
  2. Go to Email marketing app > mailings > create a new mailing > go to the settings tab and paste the email alias just created before in the “reply to” field.
