Vioprint provides industrial printing, labelling and coding solutions to companies across Belgium. Their offering includes machines, consumables, in-house label production and technical service support. As their activities expanded, coordinating sales, stock, service interventions and invoicing became increasingly complex.
The Challenge
Vioprint combines multiple business activities: selling and installing machines, supplying consumables, producing labels in-house and providing after-sales service. Each flow came with its own requirements for quotations, stock management, planning and billing. With information spread across tools and spreadsheets, maintaining overview and efficiency was difficult.

Sales orders for machines and consumables are handled in one platform, stock levels are tracked centrally and service interventions are planned and followed up through Odoo. Invoicing and reporting are automated, giving Vioprint a clear overview of ongoing operations.

Odoo provides Vioprint with a single source of truth across sales, inventory and service. Operations are more structured, manual work is reduced and customer follow-up is more consistent. The platform supports growth while maintaining high service quality and operational control.
