Followers > Add Followers > Mention (@) the person’s name > Add Follower.
Followers > Add Followers > Type the person’s name or email > Add Follower.
Followers > Add Followers > Copy and send the invitation link to the person.
Followers > Add Followers > Check the box next to the person’s name > Add Follower.

What is the difference between “Send Message” and “Log Note”?
“Log Note” can use email templates; “Send Message” can not.
“Send Message” will notify Followers; “Log Note” will not.
“Send Message” can send a message that is visible to external users; “Log Note” can create a note that is NOT visible to external users.
“Send Message” can attach files to its message; “Log Note” can not.
