When i type noorvanta.com, it shows a Hostinger placeholder page — meaning it's not connected to my Odoo website.
When i type www.noorvanta.com, it works correctly and goes to your Odoo site.
can some one advice how i fix

"noorvanta.com" would widely be referred to as a "naked domain", while "www" would be referred to as "sub-domain". That being said, this topic is described in the documentation at https://www.odoo.com/documentation/18.0/applications/websites/website/configuration/domain_names.html#redirect-a-naked-domain.
So, unless "[...] not all of them offer to redirect a naked domain with a secure HTTPS connection [...]" applies to your service provider, you should follow the steps outlined in your provider-specific documentation at https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/redirect-non-www-urls-www - or, alternatively, you can give the Cloudflare setup as described by Odoo, a try.
