when i select "see all leads" only then my users can see leads,otherwise nothing is seen.

To be a follower does not make the lead to one's own lead. To get owner of a lead one must be assigned as the sales person for the lead.

my problem is that users cant see their own leads (under see own leads option)even there are leads that they followed by them.
see all leads option works fine. but see own leads does not work.
i did assign a user as a sales person of a lead, but still another user that are not assigned as sales person can see that lead.and that is a problem.
