I currently have a TCP Listener application listening for a fleet of cellular networked telemetry devices. Data cames in as raw data strings and must be parsed. Is there a means of doing this with Odoo, or does it require custom coding/3rd party application?

I found this question was asked already, but in 2021 for a different version and there was no replies. I did not find this question asked anywhere else.
