I was using recompute_voucher_lines on version but don't see the function in version 9.
Can you point me to the new function that handles this?

Hello,
I think this function is no longer exists in V9.
You can check that from the onchange_partner_id function [which calling recompute_voucher_lines in v8 along with onchange_amount].
