When i select description to show in picking Operations it only shows the product name and not what is entered in "DESCRIPTION FOR INTERNAL TRANSFERS" or any of the other descriptions.

Description column is probably not checked on your internal operations. You can do so by clicking the double arrow on right end of the header row

I cant post pictures, so its hard for me to show what i am seeing.
Maybe i am looking at the wrong thing, but in a normal pick for a delivery when i select the Description it is just showing the item name.
For an internal transfer it is showing the correct description.
